Hey there a capella fans! We've had a pretty crazy beginning of the year. We've added three new members, Colin Cushman a freshman bass, Robert Lefebvre a junior tenor, and Chad Halligan a sophomore baritone. We're real excited for this upcoming November, especially AXO's own A capella Night where we'll be singing with On the Rocks amongst others. We'll keep ya posted on the news going on in the group.

Hey guys, this Saturday, May 17th, what's left of HeadBand in Oregon will be traveling down to Corvallis to sing at Divine, OSU's female acapella group, for their spring concert. Should be a blast and you can find more information on facebook. HB Rules

Headband, Willamette's premier male acappella group and Uptop, Willamette's premier female acappella group, are joining forces to put on one of the greatest acappella shows of all-time! This event is free of charge and is both groups last concert of 2008. Come support college acappella! Its FREE so everyone should come!

Headband just completed its 2008 spring tryouts! Congrats to T.C. Lee and Jack Martin. If you see them around, give 'em a pat on the back, because our HB family is now 2 stronger and 2 sexier.

Salutations Acapella Fans! I hope everyone had a great new year. After enjoying a wonderful month off with our families, we are now back and rehearsing again. Thanks again to everyone who came to HeadBand in Hudson IV, it was absolutely amazing and we had a blast. Also, special thanks to the new female acappella group "Up Top", they really blew everyone away.

Anyways, we will be recording again this year, so everyone keep their eyes peeled for some new recordings.

First off, thank you to Alpha Chi for inviting us to sing at the benefit show! It rocked and helped the Women's Mid-Valley Crisis Service. It was also a pleasure to share the stage with On The Rocks, Divisi, and The Testostertones.



We have an upcoming show at the Bistro on October 25th at 9pm. It is our last big Willamette show before Headband in Hudson, so we hope you can all be there!

Yes, after nearly 6 months of hard work we have completed the incredible and difficult process of recording beautiful vocal music. Knees were skinned, hacky sacks were hacked, and even Remmy's irresistible choirboy falsetto was pushed to breaking point. Word on the street is that we are putting our finishing touches on the album. It should be done within the next month... it will sound amazing as the mixes ive heard are incredible. Headband will also be returning soon with new members, so everyone get ready for the Headband 2007-08. We'll keep you updated on the cd release...

Thank you to everyone who came to our shows in Eugene and Corvallis! It was an amazing experience and we were really stoked to share the stage with Outspoken and On The Rocks. If anyone has any pictures or media from these events, email me at Bknowles@willamette.edu.

Currently, the group is on a summer hiatus as many of our members are in different parts of the country ( and I'm in Costa Rica!). However, we will update you when there are changes/ news involving the website or the new album. Also, for those of you wondering about the status of the new album: we had some extra time so we went into the studio to record a few more songs, so its looking like the album will not come out until later this summer. Sorry for the wait... but it just means the album will be even more amazing! I am super stoked. Again, thanks to everyone for their support and enjoying our music.
